We come to you. The consultation runs for two hours, and email support continues for eight weeks afterwards.

Before your consult
Complete the relevant questionnaire
Before your consult you must complete the relevant questionnaire below. If more than one pet is involved eg inter-dog aggression, a separate questionnaire must be filled out for each pet.
Booking for more than one pet
Please contact us before booking if any of the following apply:
- You are booking for two or more pets
- Your household includes inter-pet aggression. A separate behavioural history is required for each pet involved
These appointments require longer consultation times to ensure a thorough and personalised assessment, and fees vary accordingly. Our team will be happy to discuss your situation in advance and provide clarity around consultation structure and fees prior to booking.
Deposit and cancellations
- Securing your booking
There is a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to secure your booking.
- More than 48 hours notice
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, this can be done via the link in your confirmation email at no additional cost, or by emailing the practice.
- Within 48 hours
Rescheduling, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 25% of the initial consultation cancellation fee.
