What the consultation includes

During the initial consultation, we take the time to understand your unique situation and develop a deep understanding of your pet's behaviour. Our expert team will explain the underlying causes of your pet's behaviour and provide clear explanations of our recommended treatment options. We believe in empowering you with knowledge, so you can make informed decisions for your pet.
- 2 hour house call
- Behavioural diagnosis and tailored therapeutic plan
- Travel within the Sydney metro area (30km from CBD)
- Veterinary behaviour report
- 8 weeks email support
Travel outside the Sydney metro area
For consultations outside the Sydney Metro area the following travel fees apply.
- 30-50km beyond Sydney CBD
$50 travel surcharge
- 50-100km beyond Sydney CBD
$100 travel surcharge
Deposit and cancellations
- Securing your booking
There is a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to secure your booking.
- More than 48 hours notice
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, this can be done via the link in your confirmation email at no additional cost, or by emailing the practice.
- Within 48 hours
Rescheduling, or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 25% of the initial consultation cancellation fee.
